How to create my customised art print ?

1. Select your print size.

2. Choose your edition & color. If you want to create a custom poster of another edition you can do it here.

3. Customize your running poster with the date, name, time, bib number, ranking, speed, ...

4. Check your preview to make sure everything is ok and we can print your custom poster.

5. Once it's ready to go you can add to cart and finalize your order.

6. We will print your prints within 2 working days and ship it to you.

Can I create a custom running print of any races ?

Yes of course, this is what we do !

You can check here for the races already created.

If you don't find the race or edition you want, you can create a custom art print using our full personalized product.

Can I check my product before printing ?

Yes of course you can !

You can check the preview of your print before adding to your cart. Your poster will look exactly the same.

How do you protect the print for shipping ?

Once your print is finalized, we package it the following way to make sure it doesn't get damaged:

- we roll it using silk paper

- we put it in a tube

Is the frame included in the price ?

No, the price displayed is for the personalised print only. However frames are available so you can add one to your order.

How is print quality ?

We do everything with a high attention to both detail and quality.

We use a premium, thick paper (200g/m2) with a matte finish.

Our printers are top notch and use eco-friendly inks.

How long does it take ?

Your personalized poster will be printed by our team within 2 working days. Then depending on your location it will take between 5 to 20 days to be delivered:

  • United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Irish Republic, Portugal, Austria : 5 to 10 working days
  • Czechia, Hungary, Sweden, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia : 7 to 14 working days

Fehlerhafter Print und keine Rückmeldung durch den Kundenservice seit fast 2 Wochen!

Was soll ich sagen, man freut sich auf die Bilder und ist dann enttäuscht.
1. die Lieferung kommt schlecht verpackt an
2. Die Bilder inklusive Rahmen sind schlecht "verbaut" und man muss am Ende die Bilder selbst final zusammenbauen, was nervt und Zeit kostet.
3. 1 von 4 Drucken ist fehlerhaft. Falsche Jahreszahl / Datum.

Bei dem Preis, den man hierfür bezahlt - am Ende ein einfacher Druck und ein einfacher Rahmen - ist das nur enttäuschend.

Nochmal würde ich hier nicht bestellen.

Insbesondere, das der Kundenservice sich seit fast 2 Wochen auf meine Reklamation noch nicht einmal gemeldet hat.
