How to create my custom art print ?

1. Select your print color.

2. Choose your print size.

3. Give us all the information we need to create your personalised art print.

4. Choose weither you would like to receive a preview of your design before we print it so you can request any changes required.

5. If you choose to receive a preview, we will email it to you within 2 working days. You can then validate it directly by answering the email.

6. Otherwise, we will create and print your prints in 1 to 3 working days so we can ship it to you.

Can I create a custom art print of any races ?

Yes of course, this is what we do !

You can check here for the races already created.

If you don't find the race you want, you can create a custom art print using our full personalized product.

Can I check my product before printing ?

Yes of course you can!

While ordering, you can request to receive a preview of your print. If you select this option (+2€), we will send you a preview by email. You will then be able to check, request any changes you would like or validate straight away so we can proceed with printing.

Is the frame included in the price ?

No, the price displayed is for the personalised print only. However frames are available so you can add one to your order.

How is print quality ?

We do everything with a high attention to both detail and quality.

We use a premium, thick paper (200g/m2) with a matte finish.

Our printers are top notch and use eco-friendly inks.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

How do you protect the print for shipping ?

We've been shipping art print for a few years now so we mastered the packaging part ;)

Once your print is finalized, we roll it in a silk paper and we put it in a tube.

With this appropriate packaging it shouldn't get damaged. If it happens, you can contact us at hello@sporty-art.com so that we can arrange a replacement.

Which countries do you ship to & how much is it ?

We currently ship worldwide.

However, the shipping fee is different depending on location as listed below:

  • France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg : 5,9€
  • United Kingdom : £5.90 GBP
  • Irish Republic, Portugal, Austria : 9,9€
  • Switzerland : CHF 9.90
  • Czechia, Hungary, Sweden : 10,9€
  • Croatia, Finland, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia : 12,9€
  • Norway, USA, Canada, Australia, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Viet Nam, India, Russia, Israel : 25€
  • The rest of the world : 30€

How long does it takes to receive my order ?

We create your custom print within 1 to 3 working days after your order has been placed.

Then delivery time is depending on your location as described below:

  • United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Irish Republic, Portugal, Austria : 5 to 10 working days
  • Czechia, Hungary, Sweden, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia : 7 to 14 working days
  • Norway, USA, Canada, Australia, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Viet Nam, India, Russia, Israel : 10 to 15 working days
  • The rest of the world : 15 to 20 working days

Please note that if you choose to review the design before we print, you will receive an email with your design and we will wait for your feedback before printing. Timing will then depend on your reactivity.

Which payment options are available ?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay, Giropay, Bancontact, Ideal. Please note that the payment options vary depending on your location.

RETURNS

Can I return my custom print ?

As our print are custom made, we unfortunately can't accept returns or offer refunds unless your print arrived damaged or with an error on it.

I have made a mistake with my order, can I modify it ?

If you realized that you have made a mistake with your order, you can contact us at hello@sporty-art.com. If we haven't shipped your print yet, we would be happy to modify it.
